Montgomery Country Club
Montgomery, AL
Jerry Pate Golf Design has recently begun renovation of this 1903 club. The work includes renovation of all bunker and tee complexes to improve playability and drainage, as well as return a turn-of-the-century aesthetic to this historic club.

Turner Crest
Martindale, TX
Turner Crest will be the first of two eighteen hole golf courses in this new residential community south of Austin Texas. The course will traverse rolling hillsides and will offer expansive views along the Texas countryside.

Jubilee
Pace, Florida
Jerry Pate Golf Design has recently begun design work on this new course to be integrated into a 2700-acre mixed-use / mixed-density development. The course will run adjacent to wetland branches of Hurricane Creek as well as traverse dramatic elevations unique for northwest Florida.

Bay Point Resort
Panama City Beach, Florida
A Florida panhandle golf landmark since 1972, Bay Point has entrusted Jerry Pate with a complete renovation of the 18 hole Club Meadows course.

First Tee – Memphis
Memphis, Tennessee
The First Tee facility in Memphis will be located on an old factory site near the downtown area. The nine-hole course will dramatically improve the site’s aesthetics while preserving its history by integrating the factory’s 150-foot smokestack into its design.
