This award recognizes world class achievement in customer service, sales and service support, equipment and part fill rates, market share of Toro products, and top customer satisfaction scores. JPTI is a leading provider of lawn care solutions to independent retailers throughout the South including Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee and the panhandle of Florida.
