JPTI's Customer Care objective is to provide superior customer service and support.  Our team makes sure you receive your parts when needed. Our passion is to service our customers.

Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation has a state of the art warehouse facility that assures your order is shipped the same day when the order is received between 7am-3pm.  All orders then electronically confirmed with an email and sent to the customer along with a complete shipping invoice and Fed Ex tracking number.  This insures that our customers have visibility to their shipment the moment the box is sealed.  This allows our customers to plan their business knowing when their parts will arrive.
