Wausau Farms,
Inc. is now offering certified Tif-Eagle Bermudagrass
based on the guidelines established by the Southern
Seed Certification Association (S.S.C.A.).
Tif-Eagle was released as the
third generation of Bermudagrass varieties developed
for putting greens, just as Tifdwarf replaced Tifgreen
328 as the standard for putting surfaces over the last
three decades. Tif-Eagle promises to set an even higher
standard for the 21st century. There are many advantages
for Tif-Eagle, such as the the fact that it recovers
more quickly from mechanical injury, is drought-tolerant
and disease-resistant, and it has better color.
